Trading Post Times

Arvel Bird “Lord of the Strings” and one of the hottest

tickets on tour today, headlines our 5th Annual Arts of

Native America Show and Sale at River Trading Post,

Santa Fe on Thursday evening, August 20. (Read more

about Arvel Bird on Page 4.)

Our Annual Arts of Native America Show and Sale has

become a Santa Fe tradition leading into the famed

Santa Fe Indian Market, and this year’s event will top

them all.

In addition to the Arvel Bird concert, visitors to River

Trading Post will have the opportunity to meet many of

the Indian Market very top artists, including Cliff Fragua

(Jemez Pueblo), Caroline Carpio (Isleta Pueblo), Mark

Fischer (Oneida), Melissa Lewis-Barnes (Navajo) and

many, many more.

Visitors will enjoy our Thursday evening Country Picnic

that features great New Mexican cooking brought in

from Pecos, New Mexico.

If your plans take you to the Santa Fe Indian Market,

add River Trading Post to your “must do” list.
