Click here for Instructions on Driving to River Trading Post.
Our home is in a great place that dates back to 1855. You are always
welcome at River Trading Post, to browse, to relax and read and to enjoy a cup
of Cowboy Coffee. And, of course, to enjoy one of the finest collections
of Native American art anywhere in the Chicagoland area.
We're located at 314 N. River Street in th e
quiet little Fox River village of East Dundee, Illinois. That's just about 35
miles northwest of Chicago's bustling loop area. It's nice and quiet out
our way, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the finest in Navajo weavings, Pueblo
pottery, antiquities and sculpture by Pueblo artist Cliff Fragua.
(See more about this great little town.)

You might enjoy spending some
quiet time in our upstairs gallery looking at the images of some of the finest
photographers around, including our Edward Curtis collection. And maybe
you'll find yourself thumbing through one of the many books in our Native
American library.
And as long as you like your
cowboy coffee black, there is no need to go to the fancy coffee shop. Just
come on in and enjoy a cup. It is always on the house.
