Renowned American Indian Artists were exclusively commissioned to create beautiful an unique blankets to celebrate the diversity and creativity of Indian design and to help provide funds for scholarships and program needs for American Indian tribal college students.  

Each of these wonderful blankets is fully reversible in design, includes a storytelling hangtag, and was manufactured by Pendleton Woolen Mills, the foremost manufacturer of woolen blankets in the U.S.

The Blackfeet Legend of the Horse - #379

Created by Blackfeet artist Michael Gray, this blanket illustrates the close bond between the Blackfeet tribe and their horses.

The Cheyenne Eagle Blanket - #380

Designed by Ben Nighthorse Campbell, a renowned artisan who is the only American Indian to serve in the U.S. Senate.  This blanket tells of the Eagle's and Elk's role in bringing the horse to the Northern Cheyenne Nation.
