American Indian College Fund Pendleton Blankets
Pendleton Blankets From The American Indian College Fund
Founded in 1989, The American Indian College Fund serves the educational needs of students in 32 tribal colleges -- all founded by Indians to fight high rates of poverty, educational failure and cultural loss. Each year, the College Fund distributes scholarship funds to benefit more than 6,000 students.
In an effort to educate the public, the College fund introduced a limited edition of Pendleton blankets.
Each Pendleton Blanket is designed by a highly respected Native American artist and is produced by Pendleton Woolen Mills, the foremost manufacturer of Indian trade blankets today.
Now, River Trading Post has joined forces with The American Indian College Fund to offer you outstanding open editions of these exceptional Pendleton blankets. Like the originals, each is produced by Pendleton Woolen Mills.
